The Sunshine
Uplifting the Western slope
since life decided to
throw a deer at our de-
livery vehicle, causing us
to do some juggling and
scrambling for repairs
and such challenges that
come with an incident
like this. As the case is,
we are unable to deliver
a print version of the No-
vember edition and we
apologize for any incon-
venience. In Colorado,
there are many who
have been in this pre-
dicament because of our
huge abundance of wild-
life and we encourage
all drivers to be aware
and watch out for those
deer, elk, bears, and all
sorts of wild creatures
that may be on or near
the roadside. Particu-
larly right around and
after sunset when they
are most likely to be on
the move. We also send
you our most heartfelt
thanks for you support
and encouragement, not
only through our current
challenge but through-
out the years. We are
grateful and love you all.
May angels be with you
and protect you and may
all of your thoughts be
smiles! - KingDaddy &

Let It Be
Let it be, let it be
Let it be, let it be
Whisper words of wisdom
Let it be
In the beginning, there was darkness all around. And God hid in a cave gnashing his teeth and crying
and complaining that there would never be light... What? That¡¯s not how it goes? Let¡¯s try again.
In the beginning, there was darkness all around. And God hoped real hard for there to be light, but
he still worried and doubted, because prices were up, jobs were down, the newsmen were sing-
ing their sad songs, and well, you know, there was a war on... What what? Really, that¡¯s not how it
goes either? Ok help us out here, one more try. In the beginning there was darkness all around. And
God... what? He spoke. He said ¡°LET THERE BE LIGHT!¡± And being God, he believed with all of his
heart that he could accomplish this, and what happened? It was so. There was light where once was
darkness all around. Now that is power. Did you know that you have that very same power? Well, you
do. We were molded in the great Spirit¡¯s image, with all that goes with it, including the power to cre-
ate things, environments, moods, magic, and miracles. All completely from our imaginations, dreams,
and desires. But we can¡¯t just hope for these things. Oh no. We must actually know and believe in
our hearts that we can create them, and, most importantly, we must SPEAK them into existence, just
like the great creator did. Do you find yourself hoping in your heart for something, but when it comes
to daily conversating, you find you are repeating the daily doses of fear, worry, and anguish program-
ming that consumes the world? If so, then stop it. You are creating not what you desire but what you
are speaking about. To create what you want, focus on the good you are aiming for and re-program
your tongue to speak of good things and to say ¡°Let it be so!¡± Then believe with all of your heart that
it will be so. And guess what? It will be so. Repeat after us, ¡°Let there be abundance and joy in my
life today and every day!¡± Amen, let it be.

The silverhawk feather that graces our front page was chosen for it¡¯s significant
spiritual symbolism. Hawks are symbols of spirit, wisdom and power. The hawk
is the messenger. It is also about visionary power and guardianship, the hawk is
very protective of the young in its nest. It teaches us about providing for family
and self. Hawk teaches us to be observant and to pay attention to what we may
overlook. This could mean a talent we don¡¯t use, a blessing for which we haven¡¯t
expressed gratitude, or a message from Spirit. The hawk has keen eyesight, it is
about opening our eyes and seeing that which is there to guide us. Hawk is also
about new beginnings and always moving forward along the correct path.
